I still visit Wigan 4 or 5 times a year to see family. I miss the Wigan people and the way of life. The town is not the place I grew up in some changes or for the better but not all. I would like to warn all dog walkers around Haigh hall and the canal area, to be aware of a male with 4 Lurcher/greyhounds unleased. These dogs attack other dogs and are dangerous. The police have been informed of several attacks. This man needs stopping.
