Nice site... stumbled on it by curiousity... used to live in wigan til i were ten and i'm 16 now jus wunda'd if there was anyone i use to go to Worsley Mesnes Primary School on here but not recognised any.

This site is always good to look around.
I have just spotted myself and my Nanna in the pics of Wigan park, I feel famous :)

I realy like wigan world and think it is a very good source of information for us in wigan. The best part is the chat room because i can talk to all my friends and you can even make new friends like i have !!!!

Interesting site. Would be interested to know why the road was closed along by the hospital earlier this week - there were diversions and police, but no one seems to know why?

when we heard about this website we thought it would be really boring but when we came on it we thought it was really interesting and helpful towards our geography fieldwork so we think it is a good website xxx

Used to live in Shevy remember Gaffy yard and before the M6. I used to live in Manor Road when the village was still a village.

My family ( CASE of Redhazels )left Huyton 150 years ago. My ancesters where in the mining busines, before that in the slave trade busines!!! I am loking for anything concerning my ancesters and Redhazelsin HUYTON.

to bill jolley.........Bill Im sure there was a "FARMERS Street" in Higher Ince.Just on the Border with Lower Ince.Nr Ince ( Off Ince Green Lane)Parish church.But I do believe it was demolished in the 60s.70s? for a New housing Estate which became council property.

its fun but nobody talk's to u on the chatroom's they log on and everything but dont talk to u so it get's boring after a while so you could make it better
