Warnings

Started by: britboy (6794)

When new equipment is bought, there's usually operating instructions supplied with the item.
There's usually warnings and cautions on the first page, I just had a laugh at one warning..."it must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator"

I guess a lot of people won't be able to operate this product!

Or, the more than FORTY pages of fine-print gobbledegook, that Microsoft has users sign as licence agreement: designed to make sure you sign bowt reading.

One of UK Telly characters (might have been Dave Gorman) got people regularly signing a doctored version promising they would offer up their first-born for ritual sacrifice!

absolutely brilliant! would like to see it more in every piece of literature provided with equipment.
I t says what most us think but couldn't actually say in an official instruction leaflet.
