I noticed that the above building company from Beijing who are the appointed contractor for the Wigan Galleries redevelopment have been replaced as contractor for Phase 3 at Middlewood Locks in Salford, following on from their withdrawal from the huge Bolton redevelopment.
So what are the chances of them being replaced in Wigan?

That doesn't sound like a good start for the town centre redevelopment, Fossil.
Get Allen Brothers in and keep it local

Yes. Near Joe Mailey and Jimmy Mailey builders and roofing contractors. They were very good at their job. And very honest and totally reliable

Allen Brothers were famous for carrying out complicated work in the most logistically challenging situations. Quality work, honest and competitively priced.

TTS,
A long time since I saw Construction News ( Jacker’s Journal) A mad rush to get it when it appeared in the office. You could always tell who was ready for pastures new by the length of time they kept hold of the paper.
