this site is amazing for reinventing good old Wigan memories!
I moved to Australia in Sept 2005, and haven't been back yet; I can't wait to come see what's changed - and what hasn't!
oh and I am sat with a friend of mine- Kesh Gohil, who also moved to Australia from the Uk. However, Kesh is from Huddersfield and is rather upset that his home town has no such website.
Keep it up Wigan for when I come home!!

I was born in Bryn. lived in Ashton and in Haydock. Left the area in 1946 after returning from service in ATS,but my heart still belongs to Lancashire.Much changed tho now as I see from the photos you show.
