I used to live in Hindley, Park R.D. I went to All Saints school and moved in '79. My Dad and grandma [George and Lilly Walford] worked in the market halls as a shoe repairer...was wondering if anyone remembered them? I used to sit on the stall in the new market every saturday - was browsing for any traders who i might have known.

Hi I am looking for information on a Albert Gregson born 1904 and died 1974. There is a possible connection to an Edward Gregson who won a swimming certificate in school in 1952, I have forgotten name of school. Albert was living with a lady called Elizabeth White maiden name Roby. There is a wedding album taken by a photographer in Birkenhead which I believe belongs to Albert#s family and I would like to return it to them. Many thanks Norma
