A man phones the NHS emergency telephone line :-

MAN - Is that NHS Direct ?.
NURSE - Yes.
MAN - I'm just preparing some food in the kitchen and I've
cut myself badly with a knife.
NURSE - Where are you bleeding from.
MAN - Higher Ince.
