Aww you guys
Mac I will update whenever I seem to have made some progress, though sometimes going is rather slow and at other times backwards. A couple of 'frinstances' I have maps and photos that show significant changes in regard to the what was I presume the large goods shed that was between King St and the lines from Wallgate stn adjacent to Chapel lane. I know there was a shed with 'Fyffes' on the side but the other one is shown on maps and in a couple of photos as having a twin pitched roof (non technical term) with one being much longer than the other then half of it is not there but an open air platfrom is. The other problem tendds to be due to using mainly b&w older photos it is annoying to find half way through construction that the build was red brick not brown!

Mavis I will try to get Deb moving on the Tigers but again that tends to take a fair while ( months ) to complete. Unfortunately photos of Paper Tole never do the subject justice as you lose the depth of field (I know what I mean)
Google Paper Tole

Help wanted: Can anybody identify the proprieters(?) of the row of shops opposite Wallgate Station say around the mid 50's ??? please.
