But I could never understand why a person would call a 'rat' a "ret"?
It's just as easy to say it correctly.

When I was little and my mum would take me to see "uncle Harry". As we were leaving, he always asked "duss'wanta cabbich"? Then he'd pull two big ones off his plot. They were them dark green ones what's good for you.
