Hello all,Vince have spent a couple of hours clearing weeds,especially on the so called rockery..its just fun of weeds but it's very precarious trying to get on top of them as it slopes upwards..in fact I did slip and hurt my knee but I'll live lol.

I've just been reading about it our Lizzie..an overload of iron which of course you know and no doubt have read yourself..just be careful with certain foods..again you'll know all about that as well..good luck flower.
