A very good afternoon to everybody.
A brightish pleasant sunny cloudy day with a touch of rain in Bolton this arvo, 8C.
I missed cardiac class this morning and spent 2 hours asleep, I have no energy.
I have to say, I’m getting a little better each week.
I did manage to run Susan into Bowton for her class.
Just going to make a chicken sandwich for ‘tea’, some days like today I can’t hold a knife and fork, so I have a butty.

Mo, good to know Cliff’s treatment went well, and you got lickle Gizzy out.
