We sort of veered away from you original post, re bones in kippers...
I attended a Fish Fry Fundraiser this past weekend.. Not kippers, but Mullet. Good grief, I was scared to put any of it in my mouth, so many bones, then I picked up what I thought was fish, well I guess it was, only it was the tail fin.. All in all I maybe got four or five bites of the actual meat..
The Fundraiser was for a good cause, so I didn't complain..
