We are doing ok, Mrs b is attending cardiac rehab, she decided it was a waste of time at 80ml round trip 3 times a week, will attend a local clinic instead, we are getting in a lot more walking excercise and a more healthy diet, I need to loose 30lbs of ugly fat, someone suggested cutting my head off! Nice to have such good friends
I have another appointment at the end of May, initially to do a PSA test to see were it is going, if it rises anymore then it's biopsy time...we will see.
