You can do what I once did in my teens when I was infuriated with the audacity of a missing piece of jig that I got as a present at school.
I passed a piece of paper under the offending missing jig-part. Then I traced the outline before transferring it to card of the same thickness as the jigsaw. I then painted it to match. It wasn't exactly true to the original but was sort of ok. If you haven't any artistic skills then you could pay an artist to do it... or just buy another one for the original price and don't be a bloody Christmas scrooge!!!! ha ha!
