Can anyone help me with this question as to how the heck does the
"Financila Fair Play Regulations " run?? I have been hearing and seeing a lot recently concerning my team MAN utd, in which they are saying we can only spend so much ? But in my question is why or how can clubs like PARIS SAINT GERMAIN appear to be spending Millions If not Billions how is that ?? Then on reading in today's paper Man City are to get an extra £3.5 Million for having so many players in WORLD CUP !What's all that inade of?? G.B.
