Ickle siddy just went and won the biggest, most difficult to win competition in world football, highly regarded as the pinnacle in footballing excellence, (The English Premier League).

Oh, and they also won the lesser european knockout trophy.

The icing on the cake is the English F.A. Cup, resulting in Manchester being the only team to achieve the coveted Treble in modern day football this century, (I believe a team in trafford did it last century).

Well done Manchester City!

On another note, I now understand the grievances Liverpool had with their treatment in Paris. Whilst not having quite the same danger as Paris, the organising of this event was atrocious.

Without itemising all the day's failings, the after match organisation was non existant, resulting in a dangerous situation. With the match finishing around midnight we found ourselves still waiting at around 3 a.m. for shuttle buses to take us the 20km back to our hotel. As the buses hadn't arrived, there were families and wheelchair bound fans making dashes between, and in front of buses/coaches/taxis etc over rubble and slopes to try to find transport. We eventually arrived at our hotel near 5 a.m. Crazy.

On top of that they were confiscating water off fans before entering the Festival area, Fan Zone and the ground on a boiling hot day.

And UEFA wonder why we boo their anthem!
