Sports   (Talk about balls here.)

In my opinion, it’s a bit childish to say “Leigh won’t support Wigan” and vice versa.
I can say that a few Leigh rugby men, including officials, have been to watch the final, along with St.Helens and Wigan fans and ex players. Generally, they are like-minded sports enthusiasts who enjoy a rugby match, league or union, regardless of who’s playing.
Never have I heard these men refuse to watch a match ‘because it’s Saints’ or ‘because it’s Wigan’.
They are ‘rugby men’.
Three of the Leigh brigade, with one Wigan fan, are currently in Benidorm to watch the final. An annual event, regardless of who’s playing.
