French Canadian Pate
1 lb mince pork-not too lean
l cup breadcrumbs-dry
1 grated onion
salt, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, garlic to taste-l usually just put in about a 1/4 tsp then add more later.
1 cup milk
put all ingred in fry pan
stir
cover
simmer l hr stirring occasionally- cool
serve with crackers.
this is a good dish to take to pot luck parties
