People   (Re-unions, trace old friends and relatives.)

I remember the evacuees from Guernsey coming to Wigan. There were 2 sisters and their families whose father was the Harbour Master in St Peter Port. The men had to stay on the island but the dad smuggled one of the son in laws into the boat so that he could work and provide for the two families.
