(also a plot No 201 given not sure of why the difference in numbers?)
Inscription reads
In Loving Memory of Harold Dean , Died 7th July 1948 Age 33 Years
I think this is your man going from the records I found his Father was Henry Dean born about 1876 and his mother was Elizabeth Ellen Hewitt
( may also have used the surname Lawrance?) she was born about 1895
