Hi Alan,
It’s made my day that I’ve learned about you and about your mother being my Grandad’s sister. I bet you have so many memories, fun and happy ones.

My grandad used to kid me about the missing part of his finger. I never found out what happened to it haha.

When I used to go and stay, we would play cards and dominoes all day and well into the early hours. I’d ask him to tell me all the tales from his undertaker days and he’d always make humour of it. He smoked like a factory chimney too!
