I don't really like the tone of this enquiry. But in good faith I will reply. I know Steve Fishwick well, we both worked on the railway for a long time. Steve is a good bloke, plenty shout but no harm. Since the death of his parents he has taken on the responsibility of his sister who is severely disabled. Good on yer Steve.
