Do you remember Brian Benson and Ste Bentham (bunk)? I think they started at Golborne before transferring to Parkside?

And there was a lad in our group called Bernard Eccles. One day, he put his chair on top of his desk and, when the instructor came in he said, “what are you doing sat up there, Eccles”? to which Bernard replied “I’m trying to get a higher standard of education Sir”!
