Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

When I was Two/three years old, I lived at Wingates House.

Alas, we were resident in the servants' annex, not the big house.

I think I recall my late parents tell me the name of the person who then lived in the big house was Bill Lowe.
