Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I was looking at that B&M, the old British Homes Stores building yesterday, and I think those window frames are 'rotten' and in danger of falling out of their frames, AND they contain lead beadings, which means that they will be heavy, and as such if one of those windows falls on somebody's 'bonce' (yed) they will end up with one hell of a headache

So the scaffolding is there to stop those windows falling on to the public people
