Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

It was a very long time ago Chris,it was talked about though,but that must have been as far as it got,it was at the time Wimpy were driving the tunnels,around 1961 in fact long before the 1st face opened,I should have said talked about,rather than Plan's,and I left in 1966.
