Only Boris's number 10 was a boozy joint. No other PM encountered boozy behaviour from the staffers.

Now we know why.

It has come out that Boris has absolutely zilch leadership skills.

His only control came from acting like a war lord: retaining support of his accolades by having them share in the spoils, and we have seen what a dysfunctional administration emerged from that.
