On about the parking in the joint cycle/pedestrian path on Ormskirk Road, where are the vans and lorries which are doing deliveries to the shops on Ormskirk Road going to park, if they stop on the main road, they will effectively block it off to other traffic, and as regards Enterprise Car Hire which I have used a few times meself, where do you want their cars to operate from, do you want them parking up on Wallgate at that location, and on Ormskirk Road and Wallgate and the Saddle Gyratory, how many sodding cyclists do you see using the cycle lanes ?
