Bill we go to Rivington a lot and there are loads of what you call old fogies up there, in their 80's from bolton cycling club, We get chatting to them and lots are still on regular pedal bike, Chatting to one last month who is 87 and still doing regular 50 mile rides on a normal pedal bike and their secret is, riding from young and keep it up, like the old saying,

' use it or lose it'
