Orrellite it does not matter whether it is a combined footpath/cycle path or a normal footpath it is an offence to drive/park on a footpath unless using a drop kerb to drive over a footpath to access your property. If you knock your wall down to park your car on your property and do not have a dropped kerb then it is an offence to drive over the footpath . This is a police matter but trying to get them to enforce it is nearly impossible
