I totally agree with you Orrellite, Cars are parking with 4 wheels on the footpath, on yellow lines, in bus stops, the are reversing into main roads, shooting through red lights, exceeding the 20 mph speed limits, Rules are broken by fools and nobody is enforcing them, So futher rules are just wasting the taxpayers funds by spending the time making them,
