Tha reet TP.... I see it every day..nee'r do wells on quads..off road bikes all wearing balaclavas. In London now the dregs are robbing folk daily from scooters etc ..It must come that the powers that be should authorise police to ram these nee'r do wells and stop them. If they kill them accidently doing so . .. Oops. In Brazil the community has been allowed to ram and kill these dregs without punishment...when will we catch on...time for the do-gooders to spout
