I've seen a gang of youths on surron e bikes, they are illegal to ride on the road or paths or any public place and the riders wear ski masks, they are up to no good and the police as yet, have done nothing to stop them, Those bikes are £5000 to buy so, unless the owners are children of rich folks, they are probably stolen,
I ride a road worthy E bike. it has a pedal assist system totally legal and I obey MOST of the highway code rules,
judge not so that. yee shall also be not judged,,
