If the UK follows the way it works over here with e bikes / E-scooters... First you need a driving license or you need to sit for a e bike license and be over 16....... 2 When you rent a e bikes / E-scooters on an app you have to show a license and take a photo wearing a helmet 3 The e bikes / E-scooters works with your phones GPS so if you drive in places were its not allowed it will slow or stop the e bikes / E-scooters....... Also they all have number plates and you just cant leave the e bikes / E-scooters wherever you want on the street when you have finished because it will not turn off and it will keep charging you till you put it in a special parking spaces.... Sometime i wish the UK gov would look how other country's do stuff ?? And i am not just talking about e bikes!!!!
