Those surlon bikes are also a nuisance , A fully lectric motor bike, they have no pedals and will do 50 mph, often seen with teenagers riding with no protective gear, Wizzing up roads and paths doing wheelies and being anti social , They are about £3 to 5 grand to buy so. they either have rich parents or are stealing them or paying for them by ill gotton gains,

These are the people the law needs to stop, Do not associate these clowns with E bike riders like myself,,
