Its about time something was done about themThere is a kid about 9/10 yr old who is always flying up and down the streets near me on an E-scooter and he is not bothered about any moving traffic near him. If he got knocked off the scooter his parent/s would be blaming the other driver not their son who during the week should be at school not riding round on a E-scooter
