It sounds like a good idea to me, because where it is located, there is a lot of cack coloured land (brown field), which is already earmarked for development, and the jail already has its own access road from Bickershaw, and the development planned for that area, means that the area will be getting a new access road from Hindley Green, so maybe the prison will get another access road too
