This has been discussed before on here, and the government want Greater Manchester to bring in a Clean Air Zone, starting in Manchester,City Centre, just covering a few square miles, like other cities are doing, not covering the entire County of Greater Manchester.

Birmingham Clean Air Zone

Bradford Clean Air Zone

Bristol Clean Air Zone

Portsmouth Clean Air Zone

Greater Manchester Clean Air Zone
