Andy Burnham, when campaigning for GM mayor, said he would push the Gov to have GM included in the CAZ scheme - that's there in black and white on his Facebook.

The Gov said he had to put a CAZ in place. They didn't say he had to cover the entire of GM, nor did they say he had to make it a charging zone.
