Yoo stated that there were food shortages, well before covid, well there were no food shortages, in fact what happened was that a lot of goods were stockpiled ahead of Brexit on the 31st January 2021, and because of that, there were shortages of warehouse space, particularly cold storage space, that was because as we approached Brexit, no trade deal with the EU had been agreed, so no, there was no 'oven ready' deal waiting with the EU as Boris stated during the 2019 November general election, you can have that one, however a deal was agreed and signed on the 30th December 2020 LINK

So Whupsy, the deal was done before Brexit, it might not have been oven ready, and it needed some preparation, but in the end it was cooked, with just a month to spare

And yes, Boris does tell lies

But how can you say that Brexit has failed ?
