alan we,ve had a chat about this & i think your claiming the wrong claim . if your old chap like mine was not given a pension for Pneumoconiosis you dont have a leg to stand on but if you go for chronic bronchitis & emphysema you,ll win your case hands down . dont think your the only 1 on here that,s gone thru that .
