Whups

Many care workers all over the country including Wigan who were working for Councils on decent wages with increments for working unsocial hours are now working on the minimum wage with no increments for working unsocial hours, zero hour contracts as a result of the Tories putting social care work into into the private sector of care companies making a fast buck.


Not to mention the terrible turn over of employees as a result!





Did Labour controlled Councils and the Unions do anything to oppose it or even refuse to implement it?

NO!
