Time is up,
A Scottish one,
You'll nere' get a swaley from a pilly walley Talley,

lets see who works that out, I'll give the answer in a while if no one gets it,

In Scotland a swaley is a drink of beer, A tally is the loan shark, pilly wally means , unwell.
So the saying roughly translated is

you'll never get a drink from a pooly loan shark.
