Taking it that the 'Dear Lisa' letter above, as posted by Jo anne, was writtenby Angela fell?
Well, if so, she doesn't seem to know her arse from her elbow when it comes to Wigan council, or Wigan, the Planning Committee, Lisa Nandy, et al..
