When I finished down the pit I ballooned in size, When I worked down the black hole I walked everywhere. Then I got a driving job driving a FLT plus got a car ,At one time even though I am 6ft1in weighed nearly 21 stone. Then after my cancer op and being told I was type 2 diabetic I slowly started to loose weight Told to eat every thing in moderation and now I am still overweight at 18stone 5lbs, I am at least slowly loosing weight but it is hard work at times .Some people can loss the pounds easily and others just need to look at food and get bigger
