Were I live there are 14 properties Ex council houses which look like mansions tax band "A" Bungalows which are all "B" bar mine which is Band"C". When I queried it was told that because I had a small extention maybe this had shoved the bungalow up into the next band price at the time. When you look into the tax banding you have to jump through hoops to qualify for a reduction, Not only do you have try to find out the 1991 price of the house also they want to know the square yardage of the property the list is endless
