I successfully challenged my CT on a property in Bolton. It was an absolute slog and I had to go to appeal. Are you saying it has been in the wrong band from the beginning or that it's changed since 1991? Have you googled for finding out the tax bands in 1991, it's to do with the valuation of the property at that date.
