Paul McKenna is quite good if you can afford celeb prices.I know i cant. I can recommend his books though.I bought a book of Paul Mc Kenna's once and it had a cd with it. Seriously, though after listening to it, it did make me feel really dizzy, it was quite hypnotic.You will never need to have a glass of the hard stuff again as it as the same effect. So i suppose health wise it is good for you.lol. The book was good though.
