That storm damaged millions of roofs, I don't think the guys working on them would sort it for free whether theres been a storm or not. Dave doesn't carry lifting gear as a hobby , its his occupation. He was thoughtful enough to stop , offer his time and fuel and expertise at a low price .The guy could simply have said no thanks, he didn't he was rude.Thats bad karma and it came back at him pretty fast.
