ATOS is not fit for purpose.I took a friend who was really in a bad way and he was asked questions like could he make a cup of tea etc and other totally irrelavent questions but none about his medical condition.I asked why not and was told more or less to shut up.He recieved a letter and got no points at all in their assessment.I came to the conclusion he would have been better off telling lies.The woman doing the assessment appeared to have little medical knowledge and seemed not to care one bit,just reading out questions from a sheet.
